Please explain the concept of “newness” to our viewers and why is this important in the living environment?
It is a response to what your senses experience when you approach one of our architectural designs or interior spaces. The design should be unique to the eyes. It should smell brand new and full of fresh air from proper ventilation and plantation. You should hear water somewhere within the design which represents life and abundance, and each space should feel big and invites the outdoors in.
